Force12 WARC7 metal standoffs disintegrated after 6 months. These standoffs were made of a cheap magnesium alloy that did interacted with the aluminum.

All of these standoffs had to be removed.

The standoffs were replaced with aluminum angle stock. The hard drawn wire was replaced by copper wire that was attached to phillystran for support.
